THE
CHALLENGE
Our client had its speakers and audiences spread across three European locations - Berlin, Malaga and Rome. Added to that, Covid restrictions meant that employees unable to attend the three regional events in person would be joining online.
The pressure was on to deliver a high-performance hybrid event - a slick, seamless, single-location experience from multiple locations.
THE
SOLUTION
In short - a meticulously planned and expertly executed aps production.
Layers of integrated event technology connected remote in-room speakers and audiences across multiple locations, while dozens of attendees used the aps webcast platform to view the event online.
A solution that meant:
- The agenda and conversation flowed effortlessly from location to location as live local presenters shared slides, video playback, panel sessions and pre-recordings.
- Online viewers, using the aps webcast site, could join live audience web app users in polling and Q&A sessions.

OUTCOME
What on paper could have become an incredibly complex technical and logistical challenge delivered exactly the high-performance hybrid event our client had wanted- a slick, seamless, single-location experience from multiple locations.
And because we took sole responsibility for every aspect of the production, from specification to creative input, to all the technology, they were also spared the complication of having to mess about with multiple suppliers and technical agencies.
