connecting your experts and your audience in mixed reality
Exhibition stands are tricky.
You need to stand out from the crowd to capture delegates' interest, and then you have seconds to capture their attention. Even when you do it. how do you keep it?
This is challenging enough when your messaging is simple, but what do you do when you need to ensure the delivery of complex scientific messaging?
Some would suggest a 3D mode of action video. We would suggest Mixed Reality
THe
challenge
A prime spot at a forthcoming congress. As sought after Expert willing to host on booth ‘Meet the Expert' sessions. Now all you need is a way for that Expert to deliver complex scientific messaging in an easy to understand format whilst also making a big enough impact to attract delegates from across a busy exhibition hall.
Oh, and ideally it should be sustainable, reusable and cost-effective. Easy, right?

THe
Solution
Enter, the recently released HoloLens 2 Mixed reality headset.
Utilising the latest in mixed-reality technology, HoloLens not only allows the user to touch, move and interact with bespoke holograms via a HoloLens headset, but also offers the ability to show an audience exactly what the user is experiencing.
By essentially screensharing onto a large LED wall integrated into the design of an exhibition booth, delegates can become immersed in the same experience as the person wearing the device, live.

THe
outcome
One intimate ‘Meet the Expert’ session and one BIG talking point.
Using the HoloLens 2 Mixed reality headset alongside a large video wall to great effect, the Expert presenter can not only captivate a small audience but also draw in passers by as delegates take a closer look at the 3D content, ask questions and explore further.
Plus, by creating a 3D webapp version of the content, delegates can access the content on their device as a lasting takeaway, with just one quick scan of a QR code.
Innovative, effective, sustainable and dramatically different.
