CHALLENGE
When we were approached by our client to create a series of training meetings for an institution, they presented us with three main criteria.
- They wanted to use Zoom - a platform most people were familiar with and comfortable using.
- The platform needed to feature the institutions branding.
- The look, feel and functionality of the online meetings be interesting enough to hold people’s attention and keep them engaged.

In effect, a branded, super-powered Zoom platform, customized to include moderated Q&A functionality, polling, breakout rooms and evaluation forms, alongside access to key meeting resources including agendas, and faculty bios.
We even added a delegate registration section, particularly useful for sending reminder emails in advance of the event.
